On last Thursday we were able to witness the exciting battle between oXmoze and Tek9 in the Consolation final. The match stretched out all the way to the third map as the teams were able to win the maps their opponent had picked. The European team of Tek9 played well on the long streets of mp_crossfire and got the mental upperhand in very early phase which secured their ticket to the Grand final versus the German side THE6DEVILS.

The mighty germans have been somewhat invincible during the tournament and have dropped quite a few jaws onto the floor by taking down eSuba, fnatic and dignitas earlier in Upperbracket. The remaining teams have actually met earlier during the playoffs where the Devils' managed to take the upperhand beating Tek9 in two maps; on mp_vacant 13-11 and on mp_crash 13-10. Tek9 in the other hand showed some good nervecontrol in the Consolation final while they were one map behind and managed to pull a such performance on the decider map.

The Grand final is scheduled to start at 21 CET sharp on 10th of February and TGBF has signed up to provide their original live stream. Both teams have surely done their homework for this match, Tek9 will be anxious to get the final revenge and THE6DEVILS will have to make sure not to underestimate their opponent. Match details here.
