Soju opened the match with a match against Sase on Terenas Stand, both going for a bear tech with Soju going for Keeper of the Grove as a secondary hero while SaSe opted for the more typical Naga.
Soju showed why his elf vs elf is top notch as he decimated SaSe in a bear versus bear battle that would win him the match.
Soju's next opponent was Hasuobs on Twisted Meadows, a huge economic battle ensued with Hasuobs going for gargoyle/wyrm, while Soju built dryads and bears initially before going over to hippos late game. Hit and run tactics were employed and the game dragged on until finally Hasuobs claimed victory by destroying Soju's buildings and avoiding his opponent in a direct confrontation due to inferior hero levels.
ReMinD was next up on Gnoll Wood where he chose to play Orc, an excellent harass forcing Hasuobs to cancel his graveyard multiple times and ultimate delayed his opponent so much he was able to take an easy win.
Remind then fought against Happy on Turtle Rock and decided to go for a rather obscure strategy of Dark Ranger archer and talons versus the Undead player. Remind despite starting well found himself backed into a corner as Happy gained momentum adding abominations, gargoyles and destroyers to his army which proved too much for Remind.
With the score drawn at 2-2, Orcish master Lyn rose to the challenge and avoided an SK upset defeating both Happy as well as a rather emphatic win against ToD for the final game.
SK Gaming will now play MYM in the Grand Final tomorrow morning at 11 am CET, make sure you get up in time to check it out.
