Major League Gaming announced that the former iBUYPOWER squad dropped from their tournament due unspecified reasons two days ago.

Sam 'DaZeD' Marine's squad had several difficulties recently such as losing organization support, being accused for betting scam and removing former Cloud 9 star Spencer 'Hiko' Martin from the roster.

Later the same day MLG revealed that Team Liquid formerly known as Denial eSports will replace DaZeD's team in Aspen, Colorado. Team Liquid is assigned in Group B together with Fnatic, LDLC and Counter Logic Gaming. Moreover the opening match of the tournament will be between the North Americans and the Swedish team Fnatic.

Please note that all bets placed on iBUYPOWER's matches for the upcoming tournament were cleared and thus the voters will have to vote again for the replacing team's matches.
