Week 3 of the Clash Royale League was our most successful yet with two important wins against Team Liquid and Fnatic, the former of which usually considered as one of, if not the strongest team in the league.
After the heartbreaking loss to Team Dignitas in Week 2 in Game 5 of King of the Hill, our young players could have struggled to keep the faith in themselves. Surely though we had coach KValafar stepping in and boosting their morale with another of his great speeches. "There's no pressure in following our dreams [of going to the world championship]. We will show the world what SK Gaming is all about!"
We had a change in the lineup with Mthja making his CRL debut and joining Morten in the 2v2, and he did not disappoint as they took the set 2-1. Unfortunately Matt lost in the 1v1 and King of the Hill was once again going to decide the winner. As Flobby lost the first match in it. it was once again Matt facing a 1v1 and this time he did not flinch. He took not one, but all three of his Team Liquid opponents in a row deciding the game in our favour. A star performance by our young Italian player who proved his losses so far didn't shake his confidence.

In our second game of Week 3, we faced Fnatic in a rivalry that has spanned at least a decade in as many esports titles as you can think of. Mthja and Morten were back for 2v2 and they had no mercy for their opponents with a swift and convincing 2-0. The same can be said about Matt who didn't waste any time and took the 1v1 in the same fashion.

With those two wins we climbed up to the third spot of the CRL EU standings and showed everyone that our team should not be underestimated. It's a perfect timing as today, for our only game in Week 4, we are facing the currently #1 team, Queso, who are yet to register a loss. Perhaps we can be the first ones to take a victory off them? Make sure to tune in tonight at around 22:00 CEST at the Clash Royale League Youtube channel to witness it firsthand and cheer us on!
