After a hectic day with matches that had players like Quakecon runner-up Sebastian 'Spart1e1' Siira losing to ESL-TV Invitational Champion Richard 'noctis' Gansterer we are now finally at the end. The two finalists Rapha and Noctis showed their superiority in the tournament by not losing a map and will now battle for $1000, everything going to the winner.
Rapha not facing any challenge before the semi-finals was able to beat Magnus 'fox' Olsson 2-0 in maps and proceed to the finals without much trouble. Noctis had a harder struggle as he had to fight off Jeffrey 'Draven' Debipersad in the quarter finals and then Spartie in the semi-finals. However, both games went clearly in the favor of Noctis as he beat them both 2-0.
The final will take place at 12.35 CET and get streamed by ESL-TV.
