In an unspectacular ninth race of the season, on the Japanese circuit Autopolis, Danny 'HuskY' Engels definately proved his performance out of late 2009 with another start-finish victory. Only his toughest competetor, Niklas 'Sliver' Timmermann, was able to follow his dominating pace and Sliver should also be the only one who can still attack HuskY in the championship ranking.
2nd: Niklas 'Sliver' Timmermann - 4260 points
3rd: Christoph 'DreaF' Hörenbaum - 4040 points
4th: Sebastian 'ALTERNATE|Schw4rz' Schwarz - 4040 points
5th: Marco 'FoX' Dachl - 4000 points
6th: Robin 'Xanatos' Lagler - 3990 points
7th: Georg 'montrey' Burak - 3980 points
8th: Christian 'Lexx' Schäffer - 3790 points
9th: Ronny 'Jas0n' Fiebig - 3590 points
10th: Martin 'wTc|FireBaLL' Jata - 3530 points
* Official ESL Standings are already stated with two void results.
With still three rounds to go, Sliver has to win almost every single one, although HuskY still beat him with a third place in only one of the remaining races. It may sound simplye, but Danny 'HuskY' Engels already said that he won't underestimate his opponents and expects a very close and exciting race tonight. Round 10 will take place on Silverstone International with the Audi R8 LMS at 8pm.
