It was a long first day in New York City at the WCG Holiday Heroes 2010 Halo:Reach tournament. The competition attracted 20 teams from all places in States including several top-teams who competed at previous MLG events. Noteworthy are the MLG Dallas 2010 winners Impact aswell as Darkest Hour who achieved several Top10 placements throughout the last MLG season.

First and second round didn't bring any surprices to the viewers, the favourites fulfill their roles and went through without any problems. SyA outplayed No Subliminals and Murder 4 Hire both with two maps on their side at the end of the matches.

The quarter-finals are scheduled for 05:30pm CET tomorrow:
